Puff Binder onto Dyed Fabric

I had previously dyed up a peice of Calico using Red MX5B and Yellow MX4G procian dyes then mixed white puff binder with Turqoise 4G to create the colour puff binder I wanted, once mixed I pulled it through my screen as normal onto the calico then once my screen had been washed I puffed up the puff binder with the heat gun, it is in important to wash down screens especially when using puff binder as they become blocked very quickly, this will then effect the other images I wish to screen print.
