Needle Felting

We recently created felt using the wet felt technique which I am yet to do a blog post on, when our felt had dried we then chose to needle felt into it I chose to do a leaf design using different shades of green and browns, laying layers of felt into a design and pushing the fibres through the background felt to create a pattern we had to be extremely careful as the needles we were using were razor sharp and cut skin very easily overall I did enjoy this technique as it was quick, easy but the results that came out looked very effective!
