New Project: LIVE BRIEF-Moo Designs

As part of the new project I shall be working for a client designing a print which will be later produced into a garment in the style of the clothing shop we are designing for, Moo Designs, this is a business based in Barnsley who create beautiful hand made clothing and leather bags and accessories. When I first read through the brief I was excited to start the project as it was based on fashion studies which I'm very interested in, however I got very confused about the theme of the project of Under the sea invertebrates, as my original ideas were to base my themes on patterns found on tropical fish but as fish are not invertebrates I had to reconsider my original plans, I think the project will be very interesting and eye opening I feel like I will also learn a lot from designing a print for someone who's already in the industry, I will also try my best to design something of a very high quality as this is a competition and would be great experience and be good to add to my portfolio when later going on to university.
